WHAT I OFFER

I offer training, consulting, and community education that centres lived experience, social justice, and meaningful change — not performative allyship.

Whether you're an individual wanting to learn, a workplace ready to do better, or a service looking to be more inclusive, I bring trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming, and LGBTQIA+ community-led insight to every space I work in.

Workshops & Training

Interactive, accessible training tailored to your team, workplace, or community group.

Topics include:

  • LGBTQIA+ inclusion & affirming language

  • Neurodivergence in practice (with a strong focus on AuDHD realities)

  • Creating safer spaces for queer and trans people

  • Unpacking unconscious bias, systemic oppression, and tokenism

  • Mental health and lived experience-led approaches

Every session is collaborative, non-shaming, and designed with flexibility for access needs and learning styles.

Speaking, Panels & Guest Facilitation

I speak openly (and without filter) about my experiences as a queer, non-binary, neurodivergent, mentally ill person — and how that intersects with systems like education, health, disability, and community services.

I show up as I am. No code-switching. No watered-down version of my story.
If you want real talk about inclusion, identity, survival, and systemic issues — I’m your person.
